Terms of Sale

These terms govern presale purchases made through this Site (the "Site"), operated by Hourglass Holdings. By reserving a copy of Fearless Manual, you agree to the terms below.

What you're buying

A presale reservation is a pre-order for a hardcover copy of Fearless Manual, plus whatever bonuses are listed for your tier at the time of purchase (Standard, Early Bird, or Founding Reader). Presale pricing and bonuses are locked at the moment of purchase and won't change after your order is placed, even if later tiers or pricing change.

Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of order. We don't store your card details, Stripe does, under its own security and compliance standards.

Shipping and delivery

• Founding Reader copies ship first, ahead of general release.
• Early Bird and Standard copies ship together on release day.
• Shipping dates are estimates. We'll email you if a date changes materially.
• Digital bonuses (chapter excerpts, audio, acknowledgments listing) are delivered by email separately from the physical book.

Refunds and cancellations

You can cancel a presale reservation and receive a full refund any time before your order ships. To request a refund, email hello@rusnikita.com with your order details. Once a physical copy has shipped, standard return conditions apply: contact us and we'll work it out.

The Founding Reader call

The 55-minute conversation included with the Founding Reader tier is scheduled after your copy ships, subject to reasonable availability. It's a conversation, not a coaching or advisory engagement, and is separate from any paid advisory services offered elsewhere by Rus Nikita or Intrepidus LLC.

Intellectual property

All text, design, and content on this Site, and the book itself, are the property of the author and Hourglass Holdings. Reserving a copy gives you a physical (and where applicable, digital) copy for personal use. It doesn't transfer any rights to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content.

Limitation of liability

This Site and its contents are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Hourglass Holdings is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of a presale reservation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the update; they don't retroactively change the terms of an order you already placed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. [Confirm this is the correct jurisdiction for Hourglass Holdings before publishing.]
